The Squamish Legion Branch 277 resides at 40194 Glenalder Place
in the Garibaldi Highlands . We are 160 members strong and we have a passion for volunteering
and raising funds for our community.
One of our fund raisers is our weekly Meat Draw that happens in our upstairs Diamond Head lounge,
a great place to meet with your friends and enjoy the view from the balcony. Our community
fund raising focuses mainly on youth organizations as we see them as potential leaders for our
community. We see the growth that is happening in our community and we want to be part of
the future for Squamish.
Very important to us are the veterans in our community - young and old - still serving and
retired. We strive to connect with those who are serving. We raise funds for organizations
that help veterans, such as the Veterans Transition Network that works with members of the
forces who have PTSD.
If you want to have a purpose that makes a difference join us. We welcome new members who have
our passion for the Squamish Community.
